I bought this set after having simplicity gourmet come over to my house to try to sell me $4000 cookware. I bought into it but cancelled the day after because i wanted to give this set a chance. Sure its not the SAME thing but its just as good. This set has changed the way i cook. I LOVE it. Sure it takes some getting used to at first but i couldnt imagine having another cookware set that isnt like this or stainless. I would recommend grabbing the pain filled with that oil for cooking chicken and stuff though.. Its a great compliment to this set. I will never go back to nonstick
